Founded in 2004 by Neil Scott, Plantopia has come a long way from its humble beginnings. Plantopia begun its journey in the backyard of two mates with a passion for nature and providing the community with high quality plants at local craft Sunday markets.

The teams dedication in growing quality plants and providing excellent customer service earned them a reputation and a name in the market, with it, a greater demand for their plants.  The team expanded into growing vegetable and fruit seedling and later, began supplying to nurseries.

Now, Plantopia is recognised all around Australia for its great variety of high-quality plants, ranging from outdoor plants, to indoor plants to baskets and Ittie-Bittie. We continues to grow every year, sourcing plants from around the world to provide the most in demand, high-quality plants to nurseries all around Australia.​

Plantopia is run by a close-knit team of section managers, horticulturists, production workers, growers, sale representatives and dispatch workers, all with a strong passion and appreciation for all things plants.
 
Together, the staff at Plantopia incorporate expertise knowledge and skills to research, source, produce, grow and sell the best quality plants all year long.
